NEVER STOP LEARNING
As a recent Computer Science graduate living on the East Coast when the 'World Wide Web' was a relatively new platform, my strong desire to tap into my creative side brought me to the City of Angels more than 20 years ago. I relied on my education to navigate the rapidly changing world of technology, but also trusted in my heart to figure out ways to integrate myself into the creative side of this new digital space. From software engineering, to web development, to Flash animating, to starting a web design company of my own, to then focusing solely on static design in digital marketing - and all the while, literally dancing through it - I've managed to find that happy place where my collective "HYBRID" skill set can fit in and contribute to the success of the teams that put their faith in me. I can confidently say that I do what I love, and the journey was well worth it.
I never dreamed I would ever work directly on marketing campaigns for film, television, lifestyle and entertainment studios, but here I am. I wouldn't change a damn thing.

Responsible for the graphic design of custom static assets that encompass social media, paid display ads, email marketing, app screen designs, and more. Clients include Warner Brothers Games, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment, HBO, ABC, Jazwares, FX, and ESPN to name a few. Best part of the job: working with the kindest, most positive, brilliant, and insanely talented people on the planet.
Sr. Graphic Designer, HALLMARK LABS
Designed email marketing, banner ads, animated assets, websites, video reels & various graphics promoting Hallmark digital products & corporate brand awareness. Optimized email code to ensure compatibility across platforms. Mentored junior designers highlighting process & best practices. Even dabbled with UI/UX for a few months. Best of all, I was able to focus on and dive deeper into my graphic design and Photoshop education here, and for that I'm forever grateful.
DIGITAL DESIGNER, BLT+
Started out designing, storyboarding, and animating rich media ad campaigns (back when Flash was still hanging on), and designing web and mobile apps & websites. (Social media was in it's infancy!) Ended up pivoting from animation to static design because I wanted to learn the ropes, and I never looked back. I had the some of the best times ever here, met friends for life, and even met the guy that became my hubby in the same building.
